Sales Tsunami – Coming Soon

Today I want to give you a quick overview of the Sales Tsunami (formerly CPA Tsunami) course from Mike Hill .

It's a big package, and there's a lot to cover so let's get started.

As someone who's probably spent close to $100,000 on information products in my 8 years as a business owner, I've seen a lot of bad products. Unfortunately, a lot of the products you see being sold (even some of the expensive ones) today are mostly fluff and filler.

They don't really give you the information you need to run your business and many of the ones that do provide solid information only give you a small sliver of the information you need to actually run a successful business.   There are a lot of things you need to know before you start a real business, and many of them aren't all that exciting, which is why most products don't cover them.

I think that's what really drew me to Mike Hill's Sales Tsunami course.

Instead of just covering the really cool and fun parts of getting traffic and making a bunch of money, he covers the nitty gritty details that will make or break your business if not attended to.

Here's and example. A lot of what Mike teaches is how to leverage the enormous power of CPA networks to move your product. And while it can be an extremely lucrative business (some of the big players do six figures… a day!), if you don't stay on top of fraud issues, you can go broke in a heartbeat.

It's that kind of attention to detail that will end up saving your bacon in the long run.

There are actually 19 different sections to the course so don't expect to be able to understand the entire business model in just one day. I would actually recommend you treat this like an intensive summer school class. That means you study the material at least 5 days a week for 5 weeks.

Don't just passively read the material. Take notes and get engaged in the course when you opt to get the course. It's not a cheap $5 ebook, there's a significant investment involved and you're going to need take the time to learn the material if you want to be successful applying the Sales Tsunami model.

What is the Used Car Blue Book Value of My Car?

The Kelly Blue Book is one of the oldest companies around for determining the value of your used vehicle. Unfortunately, with the ever-changing market today the used car blue book value that you are getting may not be accurate.

WONDERING WHAT THE TRADE IN VALUE OF YOUR CAR IS? CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT NOW!

The Kelly Blue Book determines the value of a vehicle by:

  • Current market conditions and seasonality.
  • Analyzing collected data from auction houses around the country.
  • Make, model and year of the vehicle.
  • Mileage, condition of the used vehicle and other options are also considered in determining the value.

The used car blue book value is only a guideline and a good place to begin when trying to determine the value of a vehicle.

What The Books Don't Tell You.

Supply and demand is a major factor in determining values. If an area has an abundance of Jeep Liberty's, then the price will decrease on these vehicles. The books don't take this into account.

The real value of your vehicle is determined by what someone will pay for your vehicle today. With the high demand of used cars these days, prices can vary from day to day. None of the books will reflect this change.

WONDERING WHAT THE TRADE IN VALUE OF YOUR CAR IS? CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT NOW!

The used car Blue Book value, and other books, generally gives you above average, average and below average values of your vehicle. Unfortunately, your opinion and the Dealers opinion may be totally different on how they see the value of your vehicle.

Today it takes the keen eye of an experienced appraiser, who is familiar with the market conditions to determine the real value of your vehicle. I have never seen a book do this.

WONDERING WHAT THE TRADE IN VALUE OF YOUR CAR IS? CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT NOW!

Why do the Kelly Blue Book, Edmond's and the N.A.D.A. book tell you your vehicle is worth more than what it is?

A couple of reasons for this are:

These websites make their money from selling advertisements.

A higher price means more visitors – more income!

None of these sites are in the market of buying used vehicles and they will never write you a check for what they say the value of your car is worth.

Use the Internet and these resources as a place to begin in determining the value of your vehicle. Don't get fooled into believing they are absolute values for your trade. They are only a guideline.

Try to find out the true value of your home by comparing it with similar houses recently sold in your neighborhood. There are certain internet databases that will make your task easier. You can find the true value of your house with the help of internet databases. Consider closing fees, other selling costs, and the amount of cash you want after the sale. A buyer might be willing to pay more for your house if he or she can assume your current mortgage, or if you are prepared to provide seller financing. Home prices are higher in spring and summer. Be sure to list what items are not included in the sales of your home. In general, items that are bolted to a wall, floor or ceiling or attached by a pipe are included in the sale. Expensive chandeliers are usually bolted to the ceiling. When in doubt about the right price for your home, consider a real estate appraiser to put a value on the property.

Newspaper ads and Internet ads both require headlines that grab attention, a few lines to describe key features of the home and closing lines that get buyers to call. Low cost web sites will put multiple pictures of your house on the Internet. Use Internet ads in combination with local newspapers and neighborhood flyers.

Sell your own Home with an open house. Invite neighbors to have a look at your house. Tell them your home's best points and what is the price?

Always make a counter offer when selling your own home. The buyer who offers less than your asking price can be encouraged to pay more or agree to other terms like accepting the house without repairs. Most Americans pay the posted price for everything from apples to televisions, but we bargain for certain things like automobiles and our homes. Buyers who are interested in the property will present the sales contract through real estate agents to sellers. Seller can accept the offer by signing it without changes. Make a counter-offer by crossing out any of the terms and writing in your own. For instance, you might cross out the offered price and write in a higher number. Present the potential buyer with an entirely new sales contract with your own terms and price.

Closing the deal and selling your own house. Buyers have the right to inspect your house. Pay attention! Every inspection is a potential deal killer.

Car Insurance Quotes – 10 Tips to Get Your Best Rate

Shopping for car insurance quotes has become infinitely easier over the past few years. These days, it only takes a moment to fill out one online application and instantly receive competing quotes from multiple companies. It sure beats the days of shopping with the Yellow Pages and a telephone! But before you fire up your favorite browser and start shopping for car insurance, there are ten tips you want to keep in mind. Some are easy, some a bit harder, but all are designed to help you get the lowest possible car insurance rates.

SHOPPING FOR INSURANCE? CLICK HERE FOR A QUOTE.

1. Pull a copy of your credit report. Did you know that some insurance companies use your credit rating as one of the ways of determining your insurance premium? They apparently believe that responsible bill payers also make for responsible drivers. So pay those bills on time, or take a few months to clean up your credit before shopping for car insurance quotes .

2. Park your car in a garage. Cars kept in a garage are less likely to be stolen or vandalized. Makes sense, doesn't it? The insurance companies think so.

3. Start taking the bus to work. By parking your car in a garage, and then leaving it there, you may be able to reduce your miles driven to less than 7,500 annually. You may then qualify for a low-mileage discount on your insurance. So think green, save green.

4. Trade in the red sports car for a gray sedan. Did you know that the Highway Loss Data Institute keeps statistics on the makes and models of cars that are involved in accidents? Your insurance company will most likely apply this data to the make and model of your vehicle. It your car is determined to be more likely to be in an accident, more likely to be vandalized or more expensive to repair than the average vehicle, you can expect to pay a higher insurance premium.

5. Load up on safety features. Once you have that gray sedan, make sure you have installed every possible safety feature. As the number of safety features goes up, your insurance rate goes down. So install those anti-lock brakes, airbags and automatic seatbelts. You will increase the safety of yourself and your passengers while shrinking your insurance bill.

6. Don't be shy. This is the time to ask about any and all discounts for which you might qualify. Do you participate in a car pool to work? Make it known on your application. Do you have more than one vehicle to insure? A boat? A motorcycle? Be sure to ask for a multiple vehicle discount. Own a house? The insurance companies will love to give you a quote for homeowner's insurance along with your car insurance quote — at a discount, of course.

7. Raise your deductible. Yes, you have heard it before, but the higher your deductible, the lower your insurance premiums. If you have not yet bitten the bullet and done it, now is the time to jack that deductible to nosebleed heights. Even if you have to make an insurance claim and pay it, the higher deductible is still likely to save you money over the course of several years.

8. Don't let your policy expire. Once your policy has lapsed, you will lose your discount for continuous coverage. If you are planning to quit your current insurer, make sure you maintain coverage while you are shopping around.

9. Pay your entire bill upfront. While it can take a bite out of your bank account to pay a full year of premiums upfront, it will save you money to do so. When you make monthly insurance payments, you are effectively asking your insurance company to finance your premiums, and you can expect to pay finance fees each and every month.

10. Move. Yes, it is a drastic suggestion, but one that can have a dramatic effect on your car insurance rates. Living in the city increases the odds of accidents, vandalism and theft of your vehicle. The insurance companies know this and charge accordingly. So this might just be the time to de-stress your life and move to the country, increasing your quality of living while decreasing your cost of living.

After you have applied as many of these tips as possible, you will be ready to start shopping for car insurance quotes. You can do yourself one last favor by ditching the telephone and doing your shopping online.

A mattress that is well put together ensures you that it is going to last and certainly the warranty provided with it will provide you with a clear indication of just how good the quality of your mattress is. Generally most mattresses depending on the price will have a 5 to 20 year warranty provided with them. However you will need to pay more for those with the 20 year warranty attached to them.

While a formal education is not a prerequisite for a career in acting, a few years of acting school can help you become familiar with stage terminology and professional methods to give you confidence, and help make the process a smooth one. There are several levels of acting school available, so it would be wise to plot a course in advance. Think about your immediate and long-term goals. For instance, some acting courses (such as Acting for the Camera or an Auditions course) may last just a few short weeks, but could be of great benefit in the right situation. An Associate of Arts degree in Theater would provide two years of acting education, and could include such topics as playwrighting, acting, directing, theater history, theater appreciation, and more. A four-year degree, such as a Bachelor of Arts in Theater, would be most desirable for a career in acting. Private lessons are also available in some instances.

Those who aspire to become a stage director or theater producer should consider going all the way to a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) with an emphasis on directing or theater administration. Combined with some business courses, such a degree would qualify you for many highly respected and lucrative positions, such as a business manager or administrator for a theater. If you desire to become an educator, you will want to pursue a terminal degree, which in most cases is a PhD, also known as a Doctorate degree, with a specialization in one or more areas of performing arts.
